How to make an appointment

here are a number of options for booking appointments to see a member of our healthcare team

Appointments may be made:

• In person at reception
• Telephoning 01922 624605 or 01922 645577
• Online: we ask that you register for this service by bringing photographic ID to reception. We will then provide you with log-in details and instructions

Emergency Appointments

Every day we have an on call GP. These appointments cannot be pre-booked and are only available on the day to deal with URGENT problems only.

Routine Appointments

If you need to book a routine follow-up appointment with a particular GP you can make an appointment up to two weeks in advance. Please phone after 10.30am to avoid busy times. Many routine appointments are for patients who have a long-term or chronic condition that needs monitoring on a regular basis. It is important to continue your regular check-ups, even if you are feeling well. Routine appointments are available during normal surgery hours with the practice nurse and/or doctor.

EXTENDED HOURS

We also offer appointments through our extended hours surgery. These are specifically for patients who work and have difficulty attending the surgery during normal core hours and are on a Saturday.
